Availability of fresh flowers
Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, your chosen flowers may be unavailable. Whilst we will make every effort to source these flowers, we reserve the right to substitute such flowers with a suitable alternative. If you wish to change your order once it has been placed please contact Flower La Vita as soon as possible. Orders cannot be changed once we have ordered the flowers but will try to accommodate changes to small items such as buttonholes, corsages, etc.
Care of flowers
Store the flowers out of direct sunlight in a cool area if possible. Keep away from heat and do not store in a heated room.
Payment
We accept cash, BACS payment and all major credit or debit cards. Booking fee of £50 is required to secure the date of the event. The booking fee is non-refundable or transferable. The booking fee will be deducted from your final bill. The final payment is due 2 weeks before your event.
Delivery/Collection
Wherever possible flowers will be delivered and set up at your nominated location by Flower La Vita. Flowers may be delivered 2 hours prior to your event, alternatively they may be collected from Flower La Vita at an arranged time. Delivery and setup fee vary per location.
Available for Hire
If you wish to hire items to complement your arrangements, a refundable cash deposit will be required when placing your order. These items remain the property of Flower La Vita. Damaged or broken goods will be charged at their full replacement value. Hired items must be returned to Flower La Vita within 3 days of your event. Please arrange to have these returned to us if you are going away immediately after your event. Alternatively the items may be collected from you, your venue or a nominated person at an additional charge to be arranged at time of order. Please ensure these items are ready for collection at the agreed time and place.
Cancellation
Please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. In the event of cancellation of your flowers the booking fee is non-refundable.
Injuries or damages
Flower La Vita will not be held responsible or liable for any interference or damage to flowers or floral arrangements once they have been delivered or collected. Some plants and flowers are harmful if eaten. For those with allergies, care should be taken when handling flowers.
